Osmond Resources Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company is engaged in exploration and development focused on gold, base metals and Rare Earth discoveries. The Company’s Iberian One Project is located in a historic kaolin, iron and graphite mining district between the villages of Madriguera and El Negredo in the Segovia Province, Spain, located approximately 100 kilometers north-northwest (NNW) of the city of Madrid. The project includes multiple historic mines that are focused on alunite and kaolin mineralisation. The Orion EU Critical Minerals Project is located in Jaen Province, Andalucia, Southern Spain. Its maiden drilling program, with the majority of assay results pending, across 756 mining grids covering approximately 228 square kilometers. It also comprises a lithified placer sand system containing multiple mineralised layers with strong high‑grade potential for future‑facing critical minerals, including rutile, zircon and monazite.
