De.mem Limited is engaged in the decentralized water and wastewater treatment business that designs, builds, owns and operates turnkey water and wastewater treatment systems for companies in the mining, electronics, chemical, oil and gas, and food and beverage industries. The Company provides systems to municipalities, residential developments, and hotels/resorts across the Asia Pacific region. It offers solutions for equipment, services, chemicals and consumables to its clients, for the ongoing operations of their water and wastewater treatment plants. Its segments include Membrane systems, Specialty chemicals, Pumps, Services and Equipment, and Services (Long term Build, Own, Operate (BOO) and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts). It is also engaged in the sale of specialty chemicals, small equipment and consumables, domestic water treatment systems, and replacement of membrane cartridges. It commercializes an array of proprietary hollow-fiber membrane technologies.
