The principal activities of the Company include the cultivation of medicinal cannabis for both medicinal and research purposes pursuant to the licenses and permits issued to the Company, the development and manufacture (via third party arrangements) of finished product formulations, and the pursuit and execution of various supply agreements with third parties. It operates through cultivation of the medicinal cannabis segment. The Company supplies a range of dried flower and oil products, as well as active pharmaceutical ingredients and extracts, to customers in Australia and around the world. It also owns Satipharm and its patent-protected capsule technology. The Company's research and good manufacturing practices (GMP) manufacturing facilities are near Mildura, Victoria.
