- 01Retelit to distribute Vection tech in Europe.

Vection Technologies (ASX: VR1) has secured a multi-year supply agreement with Italian telecommunications provider Retelit Digital Service SpA for the distribution of Vection’s proprietary technology portfolio and selected third-party solutions into local and European markets.
Under the terms of the non-exclusive deal, Milan-based Retelit will be appointed a Tier 1 partner for the Vection Technologies Cloud & Digital Service Provider (VTCP) program.
The designation authorises Retelit to commercialise Vection’s products and services through its dealer network across Italy and Europe.
Retelit has committed to contract revenues of at least $19.5 million on Vection’s products until end June 2030, including the Algho AI no-code conversational platform and 3Dframe metaverse and extended reality application as well as Vection’s touchpoint and appliance hardware and its new accessibility kiosk.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Vection executive director Jacopo Merli said the agreement would strengthen the company’s go-to-market strategy across Italy and broader European markets through an established digital services and connectivity partner.
“This agreement will see us position our technologies at the service of Retelit which, thanks to its next-generation data centre network and proprietary backbone, will be able to offer our AI to thousands of enterprises in its customer base,” he said.
“It guarantees data sovereignty across Italy and territories in Europe, Middle East, and Africa thanks to Retelit’s recent acquisition of Telecom Italia’s Sparkle wholesale and submarine cable unit.”
The agreement also includes a compliance framework covering personal data protection and mutual anti-corruption and integrity undertakings, with any disputes to remain the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan.
Recent Xerox Agreement
The Retelite supply agreement follows a five-year agreement Vection signed with Xerox last month to identify and develop select enterprise opportunities using complementary technologies.
Under the terms, each company will retain contractual reseller rights over selected solutions from the other’s portfolio.
This creates a two-way relationship rather than positioning Vection solely as a supplier through the Xerox channel.
The initial commercial focus will be on Western Europe, where the companies plan to prioritise manufacturing and defence, healthcare, and retail before considering broader territorial expansion as opportunities develop and delivery is validated.
Accessibility Kiosk Order
Vection also booked a $3.3 million order in June for the deployment of its interactive accessibility kiosk across Italian markets.
The fully owned “phygital” product has been designed for public spaces such as airports, government offices, banks, and retail, as well as leisure and sports centres where customers with physical, visual, or aural impairments can access services without staff assistance.
Activated with a single gesture through the onboard camera, an Algho AI avatar delivers two-way communication in Italian and international sign language for hearing-impaired users.
Vection launched a proof of concept at scale trial earlier this year at Milan Bergamo airport where the accessibility kiosk is used as the primary self-service terminal for passengers with disabilities, reportedly serving 97% of users independently versus 38% for a standard airport self-help kiosk with a sign language add-on.
