Regener8 Resources (ASX:R8R) has successfully raised up to approximately $2.83 million through a placement and entitlement offer to fund the acquisition of the Srebrenica North project and commence exploration, addressing immediate funding needs.

Capital Raised for Acquisition

A placement raised $800,000 through 8 million shares at $0.10 per share.

An entitlement offer aims to raise up to $2.03 million at $0.10 per share, on a one-for-two basis. This offer is available to eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders.

Lead manager CPS Capital Group will receive a 6% fee for both the placement and the entitlement offer.

Placement shares are expected to be allotted on or around 12 March 2026.

Srebrenica North Project Details

The newly secured funds will advance the binding acquisition of Orichalcum d.o.o., which holds the Vagan and Dolovi licences.

The Srebrenica North project covers approximately 80 square kilometres (km2) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This strategic project is situated in the historic Srebrenica Mining District, an area within the prospective Tethyan Metallogenic Belt.

This acquisition marks Regener8 Resources' entry into a European polymetallic district that has seen notable merger and acquisition activity.

Exploration and Development Plans

Proceeds from the capital raise will primarily be used for due diligence and initial exploration activities at Srebrenica North.

Funds are also allocated for value-adding exploration on existing projects, alongside general working capital needs.

At the North Achilles project, previous ultrafine soil sampling identified anomalous copper-gold-silver-lead-zinc signatures. These polymetallic anomalies require infill work to progress towards drill-ready targets.

Context: Funding and Trading Halt

This capital raise follows a trading halt initiated on 2 March 2026, pending market announcements relating to a material acquisition and capital raising.

The company's previous quarterly report indicated a limited funding runway, with approximately 1.4 quarters of funding remaining as of December 2025.

It is important to note that a non-renounceable entitlement offer can introduce potential dilution for existing shareholders, as new shares are issued.

Future Outlook

Regener8 Resources has secured essential funding to progress its strategic acquisition in Bosnia and Herzegovina and initiate exploration planning. The success of the capital raise and subsequent project development will be key to unlocking the potential of the Srebrenica North assets.
