Oneview Healthcare (ASX: ONE) has recorded its strongest quarter for new customer additions, signing six healthcare organisations during the three months to September as its recently launched Bedside Hub TV product begins attracting US hospitals.

Four of the agreements cover initial Bedside Hub deployments, creating a new commercial channel for the healthcare technology group following the product’s launch in May.

The four organisations collectively operate almost 5,000 hospital beds, although their signed agreements cover initial installations rather than their entire capacity.

Two additional hospitals adopted Oneview’s Care Experience Platform, while the company now expects eight to 10 new customer organisations for the full year.

First Bedside Hub Customers

Albany Med Health System in New York, Baptist Health in Kentucky and Indiana, Florida’s Jupiter Medical Center, and Texas-based Shannon Health signed the first Bedside Hub agreements.

The product combines healthcare-grade hardware and cloud-based device management to host Epic MyChart Bedside TV for hospitals using Epic electronic medical records.

Two of the four agreements progressed from first contact to signing in less than three months, a shorter sales cycle than Oneview had previously experienced.

Oneview had targeted three to four Bedside Hub customers in the second half of 2026, meaning the four signings have already met the upper end of that expectation.

Care Platform Pipeline

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital in California and Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital became new customers of the Care Experience Platform, extending the group’s reach across different hospital types.

The company deployed its redesigned patient interface to its first customer during the quarter, introducing simpler navigation, improved meal ordering and updated patient-service workflows.

A second interface deployment with a major US customer is underway, ahead of a phased migration of existing customers during 2027.

Meanwhile, its AI-powered Ovie Digital Care Assistant is moving towards a pilot with a major US health system, scheduled to begin in November after customer governance preparations.

Oneview is also continuing engagement with one of the US’s 10 largest health systems through products covered by an amendment to Baxter’s National Care Communication Agreement.

Scalable Revenue Potential

“Our first Bedside Hub customer wins represent an important milestone in establishing a new and potentially scalable revenue channel for Oneview,” chief executive officer James Fitter said.

“Importantly, these initial agreements establish new relationships with healthcare organisations that provide meaningful opportunities for expansion beyond the initial deployment.”

Quarter-end cash was A$3.9m, down from A$11.9m at 30 June, after a substantial annual subscription payment arrived after the reporting date, helping lift cash to A$6.7m by 26 October.

Net operating cash outflow was A$7.6m, compared with A$4.0m a year earlier, largely reflecting the timing of customer receipts rather than a reported deterioration in retention.

A further A$7.0m tranche of its March institutional placement remains subject to shareholder approval at the 25 November annual general meeting and would lift 26 October pro forma cash to A$13.7m if completed.
