Nanoveu (ASX: NVU) has entered into an agreement with US company One Immersive Inc to launch its EyeFly3D glasses-free 3D screen protectors across India.

To be fulfilled by subsidiary companies Fullveu Technologies (HK) and One Immersive Private (India), the agreement will be underpinned by a US$300,000 purchase order for a pilot production run of the 3D films for Apple and android devices.

The pilot phase will be structured in tranches, with initial deposits totalling US$165,000 being received in previous periods and the balance due upon completion of the final shipment before year end.

One Immersive may promote, brand, market, and sell EyeFly3D products throughout India, while Fullveu will seek to implement any product refinements or changes identified though the pilot development.

Massive Subscriber Base

One Immersive is an established spatial technology vendor and partner to a major over-the-top (OTT) platform in India that serves tens of millions of subscribers and over 100 million monthly active users.

The company develops advanced platforms that enable the distribution and engagement of 3D content across next-generation devices, ranging from XR goggles and high-quality 3D content playback to immersive apps, with a specialisation in the seamless integration of spatial experiences on mobile and desktop platforms.

It has converted over 5,000 hours of content for release in 2026 via the platform’s mobile application using a proprietary 2D-to-3D conversion engine.

EyeFly3D offers One Immersive a core product that brings curated 3D content to its large consumer base.

‘Compelling Commercial Opportunity’

Nanoveu chief executive officer Alfred Chong said EyeFly3D would allow a quicker path for One Immersive to achieve critical mass market deployment in a populous market such as India.

“The launch of EyeFly3D in India creates a compelling commercial opportunity for rapid adoption and meaningful volume growth opportunity,” he said.

“We believe this initiative has the potential to establish a new category of immersive mobile viewing and generate substantial long-term value for shareholders.”

India’s smartphone market was valued at US$44.15 billion in 2023, and is expected to reach US$88.99 billion by 2032 at a compound annual growth rate of 8.1%, while its digital media market is forecast to grow from US$25.25 billion in 2024 to US$132.01 billion by 2035.

By leveraging One Immersive’s distributor relationships and technical expertise, Nanoveu has created an accelerated path of adoption for the EyeFly3D and One Immersive product line across India, marking one of the first large-scale consumer deployments of glasses-free 3D mobile technology in the country.
