Gratifii (ASX: GTI) expects preliminary cash receipts of approximately $66.3 million for the 2026 financial year after generating about $13.9m during the June quarter.
The result is slightly above forecast despite broader macroeconomic pressures affecting short-term consumer behaviour across parts of its rewards and loyalty network.
The recently launched Gratifii Connect+ enterprise rewards marketplace has attracted stronger-than-expected early demand, with six prospective enterprise clients at various stages of contract negotiation.
Gratifii estimates those opportunities could represent approximately $55m in total transaction value and generate up to $2.75m in annual revenue at a 5% take rate.
Settlement of the Mosh Digital acquisition is scheduled for 13 July following approval at Gratifii’s extraordinary general meeting.
Enterprise Pipeline Builds
Gratifii developed Connect+ with Marketplacer to give enterprise clients access to a broad rewards marketplace without requiring them to build technology, source products, or manage supplier relationships.
The platform transforms traditional rewards programs into branded shopping destinations covering consumer electronics, appliances, travel, luggage, home products, and general merchandise.
Gratifii has agreed commercial terms with 10 new suppliers that are in the final stages of contracting and is holding advanced discussions with a further 150.
Approximately one-quarter of the prospective suppliers operate in travel, reflecting demand for higher-value experiential rewards.
The first client marketplaces are expected to offer more than 20,000 discounted products, while suppliers gain potential access to Gratifii’s ecosystem of approximately 18 million customer accounts.
Travel Platform Taken Live
Gratifii has launched a wholesale Travel Platform providing white-label access to more than 800,000 hotels and properties across 200 countries.
The fully managed platform adds one of the highest-value reward categories to Connect+ without requiring clients to operate their own travel inventory or booking infrastructure.
An agreement with Airwallex will enable real-time settlement across the marketplace, supporting faster supplier payments and reducing transaction friction.
Gratifii has also licensed BigCommerce to provide the enterprise storefront and checkout system, which integrates with Marketplacer and allows branded marketplaces to be deployed without custom builds or platform migrations.
Connect+ Product Validation
Chief executive officer and managing director Iain Dunstan said the market response had validated the rationale for developing Connect+.
“Gratifii Connect+ is the product the market has been asking for—we are converting years of rewards and loyalty expertise into a comprehensive enterprise marketplace that clients can deploy quickly and that their members and audiences will value,” Mr Dunstan said.
“For our clients, the ability to offer this breadth and depth of product selection, coupled with value-driven pricing, has never mattered more.”
“Demand since launch has exceeded our expectations, with the interest from enterprise clients telling us the model is resonating, [and] the next phase is about continuing to build the pipeline and delivering increasing momentum of new client wins.”
Gratifii has appointed a head of client partnerships with more than 20 years of rewards, loyalty and customer engagement experience to accelerate enterprise client conversion from August.
