Enlitic (ASX: ENL) has deployed its cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) Ensight platform with Colorado-based Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA), marking the first US deployment delivered through its Intelerad integration.

The initial phase of the three-year agreement is expected to generate approximately US$50,000 in profitable annual recurring revenue (ARR) from selected Ensight modules rather than a full rollout across RIA’s network.

The deployment is Enlitic’s second Ensight go-live since May, with further deployments anticipated in the second half of the 2026 financial year.

Its phased structure gives RIA scope to assess Ensight in live radiology workflows before any future expansion across additional modules, sites, users and use cases.

Live US Integration

Ensight has been implemented, activated, and placed into operational use within RIA’s existing medical imaging environment through the Intelerad integration, allowing the platform to operate without requiring replacement of the practice’s current systems.

RIA is a physician-owned radiology group operating through a network of imaging sites and clinical locations, giving Enlitic a live US customer reference across an established radiology environment.

The deployment also demonstrates the functionality of the Intelerad integration and provides an operational example of Enlitic’s SaaS recurring-revenue model.

“The first live US deployment of Ensight through our Intelerad integration is a significant milestone for Enlitic, and we are particularly pleased that Ensight is now live and in use by Radiology Imaging Associates,” managing director Michael Sistenich said.

“We see further upside in ARR, primarily through securing new customer agreements through Intelerad, but also in our own right—the global demand is indeed considerable.”

Upside from Phased Rollout

The current ARR reflects only the agreed first phase and excludes potential revenue from any wider deployment across RIA’s network.

Ensight’s modular architecture allows customers to begin with selected capabilities and add further modules, users, sites and clinical workflows over time.

Enlitic will continue working with RIA to support the live implementation and assess broader adoption, subject to RIA’s requirements and agreement on applicable commercial terms.

RIA chief operating officer Darren Bullock said greater consistency across imaging environments was important for supporting study presentation and reducing the need for manual adjustment.

“This integration helps strengthen how imaging studies are presented and supports a more dependable experience for our radiologists and provider partners,” he added.

More Deployments Expected

The RIA agreement follows another Ensight deployment completed since May and adds to Enlitic’s efforts to build recurring SaaS revenue through live customer implementations.

Mr Sistenich described the agreement as a foundation for a broader relationship, with RIA’s network providing scope to consider additional Ensight modules, sites, and use cases over time.

Enlitic develops AI software for managing medical imaging data, with its products designed to standardise, protect, integrate, and analyse imaging information to support clinical workflows and operating efficiency.

Further Ensight go-lives are anticipated during the second half of the 2026 financial year as Enlitic continues converting its commercial pipeline into operational SaaS deployments.
