Enlitic (ASX: ENL) has signed a three-year US$144,000 subscription agreement with Arizona radiology provider Southwest Medical Imaging for its Ensight Hanging Protocols application.
The deal carries an annual subscription value of US$48,000, and will begin generating fees only after a trial demonstrates at least a 15% improvement in radiologist workflow efficiency.
It adds another US customer to Enlitic’s expanding medical imaging software business, which has signed seven recurring-revenue contracts across the US, Australia, and New Zealand since March 2026.
Ensight contracts signed during calendar 2026 represent approximately US$830,000 in total contract value, although customer validation and deployment requirements affect when individual subscriptions begin contributing revenue.
Phoenix Outpatient Centres
Southwest Medical Imaging operates 17 outpatient centres across metropolitan Phoenix and plans to use Ensight alongside its existing Intelerad picture archiving and communication system.
The application standardises medical imaging data to improve automated image display arrangements, reducing the manual adjustments radiologists make when reviewing studies and allowing a more consistent reading workflow across the practice.
An initial trial will measure reporting workflow performance for five neuroradiologists using outpatient imaging studies, with the annual subscription payments conditional on meeting the specified efficiency threshold.
The enterprise licence covers unlimited studies and automatically renews for successive one-year terms after the initial three years unless terminated under the contractual provisions.
Expanding Software Footprint
The Arizona agreement is Enlitic’s fifth Ensight customer agreement in the US this calendar year, complementing subscriptions secured in Australia and New Zealand.
Its wider commercial pipeline includes recent three-year agreements with Albany Medical Health System in New York, Memorial Healthcare System in Florida, and SCP Radiology in South Africa, extending the platform into several distinct regional healthcare markets.
“Securing seven Ensight contracts since March demonstrates the commercial momentum we are building and the growing demand for our technology,” chief executive officer Michael Sistenich said.
“Our growing presence within the Intelerad customer base, combined with the expanded capabilities of Ensight v2.3, provides a strong foundation for continued growth in recurring revenue."
Upgraded Platform Adoption
Enlitic released Ensight version 2.3 earlier in October, increasing the number of available commercial applications from eight to 12 across imaging analytics, archive standardisation and workflow functions.
The upgrade added compatibility with Sectra systems alongside Intelerad, broadening the medical imaging environments in which customers can deploy the platform.
Existing subscribers can purchase additional applications under separate subscriptions, giving Enlitic opportunities to expand revenue from customers after an initial targeted deployment.
The business is pursuing this approach through operational applications such as Hanging Protocols, while migration-related projects offer potential future subscriptions rather than guaranteed recurring revenue.
